Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness format that feels more like a dance party than a workout! You will torch some calories and work every muscle in your body.
Fueled by music from all over the
world, you will dance rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaetón, Soca, African, Bollywood, Dance Hall and many more.
The average calorie burn for a one-hour class is between 400 - 700 calories. I encourage you to dance as if no one is watching, let yourself go and laugh as often as you can!

Strength
Our strength classes are designed to help you improve muscular strength, endurance and balance. All levels are welcome.
You can choose short workouts if you have limited time or full-length workouts using both body weight and equipment such as resistance bands, resistance tubes, dumbbells, and sliders. The more strength training you do, the more improvement you will see in your strength, mobility, balance, mood, and life!
Yoga
The discipline of Yoga includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures designed to stretch and challenge the body for improved health and relaxation. Anyone can practice it.
We have created a variety of videos that vary in length, focus on certain parts of the body, and different themes. Some sessions are basic. Some are more advanced. Choose what works for you. Allow yourself grace to grow in your practice.
There is never a rush to get into a pose. It's more important what is happening in your body and your mind on the way there.

Mobility
What is Mobility?
Mobility refers to our musculoskeletal health which is our muscles and bones (joints). Our muscles are attached to our bones and this partnership is what allows our bodies to move. We can improve our musculoskeletal health with regular practice of mobility exercises focused on improving and increasing our joint’s range of motion.
Mobility should become part of your warm-up every time you exercise as well as a part of your daily routine. Mobility is increasingly important as we age and crucial if we have had an injury or chronic pain.
Once you are an FWC member, you will find an ever-increasing library of short videos designed to guide you in Mobility exercises. These exercises can be done anytime, anywhere and they require no special clothing or equipment. They can be done standing, sitting or lying down. Each video focuses on a particular joint including neck, spine, shoulders, scapular, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles.
Sitting is the enemy so let’s get moving!
