Fitness with Christa (FWC) is a subscription website FULL of online workouts that can be done at-home, at work, in a hotel room...aka anywhere in the world!
I am so excited to share a part of me with you. This website is full of content that comes from my heart. You'll find find a variety of workout videos including Zumba, Strength, Yoga and Mobility. You will find a collection of my favorite recipes which include mains and sides, juices and desserts. You will also find a variety of meditation audios and soulful content to help you manage your stress, tap deep within and stay connected.
I have been teaching multiple formats of group exercise for ten plus years to people of all ages and fitness levels. Everyone is welcome. I am a certified Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA – Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).
